Credit Union Membership Eligibility
- A member of a common bond church or organization
- An immediate family member of someone from an above qualifying group. A family member is defined as: husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, child, step-child, grand-child, and grand-parent. Note that a family member of an eligible person can join even if the eligible person chooses not to join. Example: Maria Kozak is a member of St. Josaphat Church but is not a member. Her son Ivan wants to join the credit union. His eligibility is: mother, Maria Kozak, St. Josaphat Church member (for more examples visit www.ncua.gov).

Federal Deposit Insurance
- Your Savings federally insured to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government; or $250,000 for IRA accounts
- All deposits in your individual accounts are added together and protected up to the $250,000 limit.
- NCUA insures joint accounts separately from individual accounts.
- Example: You and your spouse maintain a joint account containing $100,000 and you also have a $25,000 joint account with a child. Your total insured funds would be $125,000.
